He says he loves whoever it is more than his record collection. Presumably, it's a mediocre collection if it inspired this song so he's not really saying much. There's some quite nicely worked references in there and it's not that bad, but more of an album track than a single really. It's not really going to stick in your head at all. 3/5 John Lappin
